These world-class facilities are custom designed with raised floors, HVAC temperature control systems with separate cooling zones, and seismically braced racks. They offer the widest range of physical security features, including state-of-the-art smoke detection and fire suppression systems, motion sensors, and 24x7 secured access, as well as video camera surveillance and security breach alarms.

Within these facilities, we are able to deliver the highest levels of reliability through a number of redundant subsystems, such as multiple fiber trunks coming into each IDC from multiple sources, fully redundant power on the premises, and multiple backup generators.

Finally, all AsiaFacitilty Internet Data Centers combine around-the-clock systems management with onsite personnel trained in the areas of networking, Internet, and systems management. Backup Service

Our data storage specialists will provide expert help in designing, installing, and implementing a customized backup and restore solution that meets your specific business requirements.

URL Monitoring

Using standard http protocols, AsiaFacility Communications URL Monitoring Service monitors a specific URL on the customer Web site in five-minute intervals allowing both AsiaFacility and the customer to be constantly aware of Web server status.

• Web server status verification monitoring every five minutes
• Escalation to Response Center in the event of a downed server
• Prompt customer notification of server failure

Reboot Service

AsiaFacility Reboot Service ensures that AsiaFacility personnel can readily execute your previously arranged reboot and failure mode procedures from within the AsiaFacility Internet Data Center when you can't be there.

• Reboot or power-cycle co-located devices (from keyboard or power switch)
• Onsite equipment LED status feedback
• Confirmation of reboot procedure completion

AsiaFacility administrators will notify customers of any critical conditions that occur during the event management process.
